RESERVE NOW AT COCO BEACH VILLAGE

When Larry and I were asked to do the I.L. Ultimate Event IV in Quito last month, we weren’t quite sure what to expect.  We hastily put together materials, banners and photo presentations for our display booth.  We were very curious to see and hear the responses from the attendees. The response was more than we had hoped for, and we ended the event with lots sold and reserved.

Then, on March 27, Coco Beach Village was featured in one of the I. L. Postcards.  The response to this was unbelievable!  In the weeks  since, Larry has received over 300 inquiries from people interested in Coco Beach Village and he’s still doing his best to get the initial information requests and all of the follow up questions answered.
The majority of our lot buyers have purchased prior to coming to Coco Beach Village after seeing and reading about CBV on our website.  There are also many interested who are traveling now or have plans to come to CBV in person.  We are aiming to start a stampede!

Next week, we start the next phase of construction at CBV:  The ground breaking for the tennis, basketball, pickle ball, and volleyball courts, swimming pool, and clubhouse.  We also have two more houses starting construction in the coming weeks, and others in the planning stages.

The lot pricing for Coco Beach Village has remained in the “introductory offer” stage for too long and we will be immerging into market pricing soon.   The decision has been made to hold the current prices only for the next 6 lot sales. The next 6 buyers will reap an instant 10% increase in equity!  We believe that there are no other beachfront lots on the coast of Ecuador with all the amenities and value of Coco Beach Village.   Canoa, which is the next beach town south, has lots that are selling for up to 3 times the price of CBV without the amenities or infrastructure, but with lots of vehicle and tourist traffic!    We also believe the people who have searched Central and South America for their dream property who tell us they had not found a more beautiful and secure place.     Sincerely, Gary Swenson
